This recipe is based on this recipe from The Woks of Life. I find it rather boring, and I probably won't make it again. More details in my diary.

Ingredients

For 1½ people (Yvonne and me)
quantity       ingredient       step
500 g       chicken wings, cut into thirds, tips discarded
5 g       garlic      
20 g       oyster sauce      
10 g       salt      
5 g       sesame oil      

Preparation

  1. Mix the wings with the ingredients and marinate in the fridge overnight.
  2. Put in a covered glass container in an oven at 100° for 2½ hours. The meat temperature should reach 82°.
  3. Bake in the “hair dryer” “air fryer” at 230° until they looke nice and brown, about 15 minutes:
