Work in progress

This is a recipe that I first tried on 28 April 2024, based on my bibimjang recipe. It's intended for general use, though so far I have only used it for the eggs in huevos rancheros.

Ingredients

quantity		ingredient		step
100 g		gochujang
50 g		sesame oil
20 g		sugar
55 g		water
20 g		garlic

Preparation

Mix ingredients together.

Discussion

This is basically bibimjang without the sesame seeds and oil.
