This is an adaptation of a recipe in the Codlo cookbook that we made on 10 July 2014.

Ingredients

quantity       ingredient       step
500 g       salmon steak       1
5 g       garlic       1
      lemon juice       1
      salt       1
      pepper       1
      fresh dill leaves       1
      olive oil       1

Preparation

Crush garlic and cover salmon with all ingredients. Seal in a sous-vide bag and cook for about 30 minutes at 50°. Serve with sorrel sauce.
