This is a classical Swedish dish, taken from Bonniers Kokbok. There are many variants. I haven't actually cooked this dish yet.

| 30 g | breadcrumbs | 1 | ||
| 150 ml | water | 1 | ||
| 30 g | onion | 2 | ||
| 500 g | minced beef | 3 | ||
| 1 | egg | 3 | ||
| 6 g | salt | 3 | ||
| pepper | 3 | |||
Soak the breadcrumbs in water for 10 minutes. Drain.
Finely chop or (preferably) puree the onion.
Mix all together and form balls of about 50 g. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
