Ingredients

400 g       Strawberries
200 g       Raspberries      
200 g       Blueberries      
100 g       sugar      
1 tsp       vanilla sugar      
1 tbsp       corn starch      
      water      

Preparation

In a pot, bring strawberries, just covered with water, and sugar to the boil and cook for a few minutes. Add raspberries and blueberries, bring to boil again.

Stir in 1 tbsp of corn starch, diluted in a bit of water, cook briefly.

Divide among serving bowls, refrigerate. Serve with vanilla sauce or whipped cream.
