This is a recipe that I found at Maangchi, a
site that is only bearable with an ad blocker.

Cut the dofu into slices about 6-7 mm thick:

Discussion
I made this dish on 5 July 2024, and I wasn't overly satisfied. Probably the quantities need to be increased.
The original recipe calls for toasted sesame seeds and oil. I didn't have either, so I used
normal seeds and oil.
