500 g       beef mince       2
150 g       onion       2
1       egg       2
2 g       oregano       2
1.5 g       tarragon, dried       2
13 g       salt       2
30 g       Thomy hot German mustard       2
10 g       chopped parsley       2


  1. Soak the bread in water until it's soggy, then press out the water as much as possible.
  2. Mix all ingredients until uniform, then form about 10 flattened balls of meat.
  3. Fry in little oil (they will lose fat) over medium heat until cooked, about 5 minutes on each side.
