Masa harina is a particular kind of maize flour used for making Mexican tortillas. It's not easy to find in Australia, and I've had a number of surprises. In particular, maize flour is used in many countries, notably Italy and India, but those products aren't suitable for tortillas. This page will someday (maybe) describe all my experiences.
