Fry onion, adding in succession garlic, beef, ham and finally spinach. Season.
Roll out pasta to thickness 4 on the noodle machine. Cut with a ravioli cutter, fill with filling.
Simmer in chicken broth for about 10 minutes.
Garnish with chopped chives.
