850 g Lambs fry (or beef liver)
1 big egg
250 g wholemeal flour

Preparation
Preheat oven at 180°C (circulating air).
Puree the lambs fry in a blender. Add the egg, mix through. Gradually
add the flour and mix in until you get a dough. It's quite messy
because of the stickiness of the dough.
Separate into two pieces. Dust a generous handful of flour on your
working area, put dough on top, then plenty of flour on top of the
dough and roll it out fairly thinly. This is a bit tricky (don't press
too hard), but can be done.
Line baking trays (should make 2 to 3 of them) with baking paper, put
the dough on it with a big spatula or such, then bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool, then break into small pieces. You can put them into small
sandwich bags and freeze them, so you have ready-made handy portions
for quite some time.
These make wonderful dog treats, for training for example. The dogs are
crazy about them.
