advertising photography is a big business. And what appropriate photos they produce. Here

This was on the packaging of a roti maker. The roti on the right looks plausible. But what's the pot?
A kuali? That's not used in Indian cooking.
And the food in it? I suppose you could think of it as a curry, but just barely.
