                Wyeast 1768 English Ale yeast, from brew 81
30 g            Tettnang, 4.7%, Vorderwürze
30 g            Tettnang, 3.9, 60 min
20 g            Pride of Ringwood 10.1% AA, 60 min

Mash type:  Step, double decoction
            30 minutes at 42°
                30 minutes at 63° (ramp)
                First decoction 10 minutes.
                40 minutes at 72° (decoction)
                Second decoction 5 minutes.
                10 minutes at 78° (decoction)

Actual volume:             32 litres (will be diluted)
IBUs:                      20

Brix:                      18.5 (will be diluted)
Fermentation temperature:  22°

5 July:                    Add 5 litres water to dilute to 22 litres.

12 July:                   Racked

16 July: bottled
