Greg's brewing log: Brew 27, Pale Ale

37 g            Tettnang 5.5% AA, 60 min

Malt extract and hops boiled for 60 minutes with about 12 litres water.  Cooled to 40°,
diluted in fermenter, resultant temperature 25°.  Aerated with aquarium pump for 10
minutes in two attempts; heavy foaming was a problem.  Pitched.
