                           Fraudulent recruiting practices at AAPT


                 Dear Sirs,

                 On 28 August 2004 a company recruiting for AAPT signed me up
                 for AAPT's services under fraudulent circumstances: the ser-
                 vice  offered  verbally on the telephone was not the service
                 with which I was supplied.  As a result,  I  have  been  in-
                 volved  in  a  large amount of work reinstating my telephone
                 services.

                 The details have been stated in the attached fax of 8  Octo-
                 ber 2004, which I sent to AAPT As of today, I have confirma-
                 tion that the fax was received, but AAPT have  given  me  no
                 official  response  whatsoever  beyond  a threatening letter
                 (attached) stating that I had not contacted  them.   I  have
                 contacted  them  by phone on several occasions, but have not
                 been able to get any official response.  I  cannot  see  any
                 purpose in continuing with this avenue and ask you to inter-
                 vene.  I am available at the above address  or  at  08  8388
                 8286.  I have sent a copy of this letter and the attachments
                 to AAPT.
