I would first like to apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. At this time PayPal cannot move funds to or from your bank account unless you initiate a transaction to do so. Therefore you would need to initiate the withdrawal of funds online, by logging into your PayPal account and click on the 'Withdraw' subtab. I see that your payment which was sent on June 12, 2008 was paid via an Instant Transfer payment, which was fully funded by your bank account. The funds within your PayPal balance, EURXXX EUR (about XXX USD) were not used. This was due to the fact that your balance was in Euros and your bank account is in AUD. We are not able to take two currencies combine them to send a single payment. I understand that 'www.paypal.com/au/multicurrency' states that you do not need to convert the funds but that is the case if you were paying from your bank account, which is in AUD, to another currency for example Japanese Yen.
