Tessa, we have had disagreements in the past.  But I find it
completely unacceptable that you should blame me for the inaccuracies
in the new home estimate and the delays in processing the contract.  I
expect an immediate and unreserved written apology.

Even with this apology, I find that I can no longer work with you.  I
have lost all confidence in you.  Please also ensure that somebody
else complete this project.
