16 September: Clear, poor condition
27 September: Slightly sour (is this infection or yeast?). Condition acceptable.
12 October: Completely clear, no longer so sour.
29 December: Compared to later brews. Very pale by comparison with other ostensibly similar brews. Have Grumpy's changed their kit composition? Taste similar, hops a little more obvious. Still in good condition.
