3kg Coopers Pale Malt extract
38g Fuggles pellets (5% alpha acid)
25g East Kent Goldings pellets (6.1% alpha acid)
Coopers Pale Ale Yeast starter
Boil 1.5 kg malt extract, fuggles for 60 minutes. Add remainder of
malt, cooled slowly in fridge.
