I am surprised that you have sent me a reminder for this matter.  As I
told you 4 months ago (message attached), I do not intend to pay it.
You did not reply to this message.

You gave me an appointment to have my dog X-rayed, although you were
not in a position to perform this task for another week.  As a result
I drove 70 km, incurring a cost of $42, just to have him re-examined.
Other vets have confirmed that, though an animal should be examined
before the X-ray, there is no point in doing it that far in advance.
