Comments: Two months after last renting a car from you, I still find it
difficult to believe that any company could be so incompetent.  You have
ensured that I will never again rent a car from you.  I believe that your
incompetence borders on fraud: you have deducted money from my credit card,
have admitted to not being able to justify the deduction, but have not
refunded the money.  See

problems.  I do not wish to have yet another AVIS employee ask me to
describe what he should have been able to read.

I have selected a satisfaction rating of "Poor" below only because your web
form does not offer a lower rating.  "Poor" does not come close to
describing how bad your service is.

Your web form requires me to look up the rental location before I can submit
this message.  This information is available to you via the rental agreement
number; it is not on the invoice.  After filling in this information, the
web form tells me that the rental agreement number (E102359482, typed in
exactly as printed on the invoice) is invalid.  I find this kind of
stupidity completely in keeping with the opinion I have gained of your
organization.  I have thus removed all such information.  Doubtless this
will cause you to miss this detail.  For this reason I have also had to
change the feedback type to "other".
