This is my first contribution.Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 lbs large prawns, shelled and deveined 12 spears asparagus, cut off tips slice stalks on the diagonal bite size 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp minced ginger(powder may be used to taste) 4 ozs butter 3 tsps soy sauce 1/2 cup plum wine 6 ozs whole grain mustard(with horseradish is spicy) 6 ozs plum sauce Melt butter in skillet or wok over low heat. Saute asparagus with garlic & ginger for 1 minute. Add prawns, turn up to high heat & saute for 2 minutes. Combine the plum wine, mustard & plum sauce in a separate bowl. Add soy sauce to prawns, then add in mustard mix, & cook prawns until done. Serve over hot rice or your favorite pasta. Garlic buttered sourdough French Bread is great to sop up the juices. Most liquor store have plum wine and plum sauce is in most markets. The whole grain mustard with horseradish makes a slightly hot, spicy flavor. I have used medium sized frozen shrimp, partially thawed to make this. Costco in California has inexpensive bags of frozen shrimp. I haven't tried it yet but I think this would be good with scallops, veal, pork or even thinly slice beef. Let me know if you like it! Ron
