SUBJECT: "Perogi" Recipe Wanted

Dear Cosig:

I would like to surprise my visiting Polish parents from Wisconsin by
cooking a Polish dinner for them at my home in California.  Part of the
meal consists of the "Perogi."  I believe the Perogi is a deep fried
'burrito-type' food filled with cabbage and meat.

Would you be able to help me with a Perogi recipe?
