Combine dry ingredients; add to eggs and blend. Pour mix into greased 9x13 lasagna pan. Bake at 350 for 40 mionutes until top is brown and custard firm. Freezes well. Serves 12 generously for breakfast with English muffins, etc. or for dinner with frozen peas with mushrooms. After mixing the baking powder and flour, combine with the rest of the ingredients. ...unlike the borracho barbeque recipes that circulated on COSIG some time ago - where a main ingredient (a 6-pack of beer) was NOT combined with the rest of the barbeque sauce ingredients, but rather administered during the cooking process.
