I remember being a kid around Christmas time and trying to trick the adults into giving me drinks of this stuff. 1 bottle Claret 2 bottles dry white sauterne 1 bottle champagne pineapple tidbits, drained cherries, drained That is the original recipe. My sister doesn't like it so dry, so she adds the juice from the pineapple and cherries, then throws in another bottle of champagne to cut that down a little. Hi Cosig, I'm throwing a bridal shower for my sister this weekend and I'm looking for a good Champagne punch recipe. I'd prefer something fruity and tropical. If you have a good recipe for something like this I'd really appreciate it if you could pass it on to me. Thanks. - Karen Copied By: LEHEY_GREG @ESSG SENT: 87-12-16 21:56 FROM: YENNE_ANNE @SIMS TO: LEHEY_GREG.COSIG @ESSG SUBJECT: Homemade Irish Cream This is richer, thicker, cheaper, and (I think) better than Bailey's - great cold or in coffee! 1 1/4 c.
