Dissolve 1 tsp. gelatin and 1 package lemon jello in 1/4 cup water. Heat 1 12 oz can V8 juice; pour over above; mix Add: 3 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. grated onion or onion salt 1/2 cup diced celery 4 chopped hard boiled eggs 1 can crab meat Fold in 1/2 cup mayonnaise mixed with 1 tsp. chili sauce. Spoon into mold; chill well Serve with Thousand Island dressing. Note: Canned crab works much better for this recipe than fresh.
