Mix the beaten egg and milk together and stir into the dry ingredients. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured board. Roll fairly thinly, cut into rounds and bake for 10 minutes at 350F on baking sheet. Recipe from "New Standard Cookery", printed in 1932.
