These are the flowers we had in the garden in mid-winter 2012, mainly on 15 July 2012. They're not all overly pretty, but the purpose of the photos is to record what was in the garden at the time.
This page shows most, but not all, of the flower photos I took: some were repetitive. They're all there on the photo pages around 15 July.
Not surprisingly, there are fewer flowers in bloom at the moment, but the place is far from empty. The Fuchsia triphylla that we bought last year is still blooming, if not as happily as during the summer, and one of the other Fuchsias has a lone flower:

The Buddleja and some salvias are still hanging on:

The roses aren't looking as happy as last year; only a late Iceberg is looking worthwhile. But others, such as the Hedychium coronarium, are still going strong, and one Hebe is also still flowering:

Last year there were many more Hebes. I think I'll need to give them a powerful dose of fertilizer.
Typical winter flowers include the Hellebores and the Cyclamen.

I got the Cyclamen last October, and some of them have been blooming ever since, notably the first here, currently with no open flowers:

The Senna aciphylla is flowering again. These trees seem to grow 3 metres high and then die off every year:

Various native flowers are coming into flower, notably the Acacias, Callistemon and Grevilleas.

A number of spring flowering plants are on their way, including Narcissus:

Other early spring flowers include Arum, Azaleas, Aloe and even Jasminum polyanthum:

Then there are other plants that I haven't really observed long enough to be sure about their times, like the Libertia grandiflora:
